      marine life, and how to interact with it in a safe and respectful way. You’ll also
     learn to identify your new underwater friends.

 

🐳 Daily Yoga Practices; Specially designed to complement your freediving
     mentorship. You’ll improve your physical condition, flexibility and breath control
     so that you can have more fun underwater!

 

🐳 Daily Breathwork Sessions; To help you connect to your breath and also calm
     your nervous system and bring you back to your Zen!

 

🐳 Breathtaking Views; You’ll be staying at a stunning boutique, beachfront
